  • Sports Massage

Sports massage offers various treatment approaches including: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, active release therapy, cupping therapy, functional range assessment and functional range conditioning, for a combined effort to prevent and manage injuries in athletes or the general public. The sports massage approach is best suited for individuals looking to rehabilitate from a past or current injury, as well as individuals looking to relax and recover from their physical lifestyle.

  • Relaxation Massage

General Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

  • Gua Sha & Cupping Facial Massage

Facial Gua Sha is a technique used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to detoxify and cleanse the skin using a tool. It has many benefits such as increase circulation, diminished fine lines and reduced acne, along with accentuating facial structures.

Facial Cupping uses small suction cups to increase circulation in the face and encourage lymphatic drainage. Much like Gua Sha, facial cupping aids in combating acne, detoxifying the skin and improving tone.

  • Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymph drainage (MLD), is a technique developed for treatment of swollen lymph nodes. Lymphatic drainage is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first, making it possible for the fluid to move out of the affected area, or “decongest” the region.

Our Registered Massage Therapists provide treatments from relaxing Swedish massage techniques to deep tissue treatments. Sessions may also combine additional modalities such as cupping therapy, and hot-stone massages.
