  • We currently offer massage therapy, kinesiology, personal training, group fitness classes and yoga.

  • Yes, you must book an appointment for all services and group classes. We have made it easy for you to book online or you can give us a call today. Not sure what service is right for you? Book a free consultation and/or walk through of the clinic with one of our clinic directors here.

  • Yes, we have free parking on-site at the back of the building.

    There is additional paid parking across the street at the Kipling Station parking lot. (Parking at Kipling Station is free on Saturdays and Sundays)

  • We ask that any changes or cancellations are made by 5pm the day before your scheduled appointment to avoid fee.

    TRU Performance and Rehab is dedicated to providing the best patient/client experience and care. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations prevent us from filling that appointment spot with another patient who can benefit from it. Please notify the clinic by emailing or calling to notify us of any changes or cancellation.

    Same day cancellations, a fee of 50% of the service total will be charged.

    No shows, the full fee of the service total will be charged.

    *Please note that these fees cannot be covered by insurance and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

    Rescheduling Appointments

    Out of respect for our practitioners and their schedules, rescheduling appointments are limited to 1 reschedule per month. Frequent reschedules will be treated the same as our cancellation policy.
